Playa Miraflores is the 'baby' of husband and wife Jayne & Dave Baldwin.
Now in our FIFTH year, we have been through the learning curve of both moving to a strange country and the custom laws of that country as well as settling into a NEW career in their lives (Neither had previous experience in the catering field) .
Playa Miraflores, tucked away discreetly BEACHSIDE MIRAFLORES , is one place you will be greeted warmly with a smile and
leave with flavours and memories you will cherish. We STILL have many 'new'clients visit us for the first time
(Even after as much as 20 years here on the coast) and invite you to share our experience - great food, great service,

Jayne & Dave, are pleased to announce the appointment of Nigel Mellor as their new chef.
Nigel is no stranger to Spain, having had been instrumental and indeed Head Chef at SILKS, MARBELLA
With Nigels' appointment, we are changing our direction slightly. STILL unparralled views of the Med
in a truly tropical but tranquil setting, the new menu leans strongly towards where we are -The Mediterranean.
and 'Al Fresco dining' .Nigel's use of local fresh produce is paramount in his dishes, which give it a light airy feel,but full of flavours associated with Southern Spain.
He believes strongly that dishes be cooked together, to make all the flavours work in harmony.
We still have the traditional english favourites which have served us well - Homemade battered fish & chips & peas,
Bangers & Mash in mouth watering Onion Gravy and Nigels' special Chicken Madras Curry with Rice, made to your taste
buds in mind.
Entertainment, with top quality actsTHREE times a week, The Vista is the place to be. Don't forget our Sunday Lunch
1 till 6PM with LIVE music from 2 till 5PM. There really is NOWHERE better to be than our sun drenched terrace!!
